POLIGRIP 999 is a monocomponent polyurethane adhesive

high performance with high thermal resistance.

It is predominantly suitable for primary skin and synthetic bonding

on PU, PVC, Thunit, Micro soles (previously clean or

treated), natural rubber, synthetic and TR (previously

halogenate), leather.

To increase the performance of the POLIGRIP 999 is enough

adding an activator by 5%.

Usage:

Shake and stir thoroughly the adhesive.

Apply adhesive on previously treated surfaces

(carded, washed or halogenated according to the material of the sole).

For particularly absorbent materials we recommend a second

spread a few minutes after the first or use of a first

anchoring coating.

Allow to dry for about 20–25 minutes and reactivate in the oven or with

a heat source at a temperature between 65-70° C.

Press evenly the still hot parts for a necessary time

to the partial stiffening of the adhesive.
